Gold Severums are a line bred color from the original Green Severum.
My experience with Sevs has shown me that they are somewhat peaceful for a large growing cichlid, but com breeding time and they will defend their territory very well against all other fish.
They will get to around 25cm, Male Gold Sevs get stunning red veins through the face, I have seen females with this as well.
They are not fussy about water conditions,
pH - 7 - 7.5
GH - 50 - 150ppm
Temp - 24 - 28c

Sometimes known as the Poor Mans Discus, they look similar to the Discus fish but aren't as slimline through the body and do not feed their young on the skin mucus.
They are much robust then Discus as well.
I have seen community tanks with large Barbs & Tetras, The addition of the Sev makes the tank really stand out.
