I have a community 240L tank of Malawi's.  3 electric yellows, 4 electric blues (two males and two females - one is ready to spawn).  2 metriaclima pulpicans (kingsizei) and a few others with a total of 14.

The male kingsizei pwns half the tank.  The female held and released eggs about 3-4 weeks ago.  (coincidentally I noticed one fry has survived and found a nice little cave under the presence of the bigger male.)

I meant to say, all the fish in the tank are 2 1/2 to 3 inch max.

The female kingsizei has vanished.  I haven't pulled all the rocks out yet... but I'm 99% sure it can't be where I can't see.

Is there any chance she got eaten?

Yup
Bashed to death and then eaten
Your male kingsizei is the likely culprit.
