When its bigger id say so. Depends on the individual fish. My mates one doesn't look at any of the fish in the tank.

I would love some to get some co2 one day, but Ive only got the low light plants at the moment (excluding the lotus)
Need some more money and then i'll get into co2 anyone know how much it would cost for a co2 setup? in total

depends, if you want a cheap lil setup which isnt refillable it will set you back under $100, but if you for for a fullsetup your looking for about $400 initially and then $30ish every few months for a gas refill

With the discus, the problem isn't just others getting the food before the discus,,,,, but the discus may lose appetite with to much
hoo-har.
These problems are usually over come with as large tanks as possible.
But as Bowdy said, give it a crack, it's quite possible it will be ok.
One or two discus may whimper,,, but 3-6 feel as they say,, safety in numbers.
Tank size may start to become a issue down the track, but nothing that a swap around can't fix.
Long term both O-cap geo and discus aren't really small fish.
