Hi. Have a friend whom can`t raise the PCS site (anymore). His ID is fisher`mon. Can you possibly tell me why please, so I can inform him? Murray (lub my fish).

what do you mean "can't raise"? I checked the user account and it's all good from our end.

He could try clearing the cache on his internet browser. Just google for '[browser name] clear the cache'.

Have just spoken to him (fisher`mon) again about not being able to get on and he says (now) that he can raise the site but cannot get logged on. He works with another member of the PCS and that person can login to the site (using the same PC), but he can`t anymore. Cheers. Murray.

I have changed his password and reset the password cookie. I have sent him an email with his new temporary password.

Make sure he uses his correct username: fisher'mon! with the exclamation mark at the end.
