At this stage, no there is not. The Location field in the profile is not a searchable field directly. You could try searching for your keyword and then narrowing that search by using the location as the keyword? Not sure if it would work or not.

not every one puts there true location in there profile anyway

Yeah fair enough...
People generally put a similar location to where they actually are...
Just would be nice to know who's ads to jump on

Location is now a requirement for new profiles.
