I've had a post up about this once before and lm pretty sure Ice said he siliconed magnets to the back of the back ground then placed magnets on back of tank to hold it in place, obliviously you would have to get proper magnets but l thought this is a Awesome idea as it make it easy to take it out of the tank ;)

#278011 Oscars With Saratogas?

Posted by ant86 on 28 February 2013 - 11:03 PM

Hey everyone,

Just after abit of advise or info if anyone has done this kinda the same as l will be and how it went?

Ive have a 6x2x2ft with 2 oscars 30-35cms, 1red terror 12-15cms, 4clown loachs and to decent size common BN.
And l have a 5x2x1.5ft which has a saratoga 12-15cm, 2 clown loachs, 1 yoyo and 3 peppermint BN. so far the saratoga has shown no really interest in the loachs or BNs at all and they are all under 4cms. lm planning on put the saratoga in with the oscars once it reachs say 25cm.

My oscars are really quite placid and tame, lve been able to put terrors and convict and catfishs in there without the oscars really caring, And the terror is pretty tame aswell as it was once was domianted by a convict with lil man issuses smile.gif

has anyone done this before? And how did you go about it?

Any advice much appreciated
thanks in advance Ant.
