Mac hooked me up with some awesome Dewindti and one of the tank mates liked him more than I did. I've renamed the frontosa mother-f$%ker. Expensive breakfast and the bugger didn't even finish the meal.
Sorry Mac

I was surprised too as that frontie is a little one at ~15cm. In our other tank we've a ~40cm living with lots of smaller fish and (not that we've seen) had aggression to other fish, only conspecific aggression with the secondary male.

They are mean looking fish hey I shipped 18 of them over from the east a few months ago, hoping they grow slowly actually or we'll have to thin them out (want to put them in a bigger tank at home in a year)

Absolutely love elongatus, makes me with i had a spare tank. They are like little freshwater coral trout, would love to keep them.
