Either way a weir can be added .. Tank basic with couple holes at back top, and sump are my starters can build on from that
no detriment ordering them right away. its the research I'm doing now before i go any further filling it up etc

So I wouldn't say i have rushed it to much.

I have worked out a manageable size i would like and getting it made , so far all I have asked for is couple pipes holes.

though id still be about 3 weeks before hands on starting to get it made so if anything changes by then i can make updates and changes.

I am trying to look through this recommmend forum, but answers dont always just jump out at you.

ok so he told me he was already planning on doing an overflow weir and the holes...

so thats good .

The hole sizes will be 50mm for the outlet, 27mm for the return.

Is that ok ?

I am having thoughts.

The money I am spending on getting this 2 foot marine tank and setting it up..

Would I be just as good spending that on making the new 4 foot a marine tank instead ?

What sort of cost difference would I be dealing with doing the 4 foot instead of 2 foot ?

Beside the obvious stocking cost but equipment wise ?

The cost can increase exponentialy. More water = more cost. You will nees more and bigger pumps more lighting etc.

What's the 2ft tank, sump , cabinet and hood costing.
