Hey guys, i thought it was about time i did an intro thread for myself, My name is Michael but everyone calls me 'WaTTo' been into the hobby for just over 2 years now but always been interested in fish when younger, Ive got about 10 tanks running right now and been setting up some breeding setups recently, some of you may know me from the PCS June auction and quite a few of you know me from me having bought or sold fish, i love researching and talking about fish aswell as some of my many other hobbies including tabletop gaming, nerf guns, collectiors lego, Magic the gathering and RC cars.

 

Some pics of my setups:

 

German F1 Kigoma Frontosa tank with some random Tetras

 

Auloncara Benga tank with Albino common Pleco

 

Mixed American Cichlid tank with Green Terrors, German blue rams, Pearl Cichlids, Butterfly rams, Khuli loaches, Dwarf Chain Loaches, Corydora Catfish, Bristlenose Catfish, Orange Tailed Black Sharks

Below is my Bristlenose Fry tank, currently holding over 100 fry

 

Clown Pleco tank with Glowlight Tetras

 

Mixed Cichlid Display tank with Goldspot Pleco, Peppermint Bristlenose, Silver Sharks, Clown Loaches and a Rainbow Shark

 

Yellow Bristlenose Shortfin Tank with some electric yellows and Acei Tanzanias being held til their tanks done (added another 17 EY since then)

i always try and make the tanks look natural if i can, if i need to use ornaments or fakes i will always save up to replace them with a natural alternative, ive since added a patch of sand to my american 5 footer and spread my tetras round the tanks.  Setting up an EY colony in one of my 4 foot tanks on wednesday when my stand arrives for it. going to experimnt with a sand/soil tank and plants.

 

Hopefully it will look similar to this layout i planned in the end

yes, i got the trio of males from JP07 actually, i believe if your nice to him he may have some juvies to sell soon, i know ill be getting some more

Not the best picture but this is my latest setup 6'x18"x18" 5 foot LED light and a 2 foot t8 over the plants for more light
