Well I'm stoked I finally got 5 Honey Blue Eyes (2 Female and 3 Male). They've been placed very carefully in a floating cage (approx. 60l) with spawning media in a 4,500l tank to bred. Gotta love the climate up here.

The friend who gave me them had them in an outside tank up here and has collected 20-30 fry in the last month or so.

Now all I have to do is find some threadfin rainbows and I’d be happy for a while.

Not as big a fan of the rainbows and natives as I am of catfish and Killies. I've got a few rainbows on the go at the moment: M. praecox, M. boesemani, M. trifasciata, M. kamaka, M. herbertaxelrodi, M. s. australis as well as the honey blue eyes.

I've got some silver perch and barra as well.

If anyone wants to send me eggs that would be a good thing.

Adam
