It's clear as day to me that the punishment did not fit the crime. Drug dealers are able to reform, after all it's simply greed that fuels their illegal activities not some irreversible sadistic desire they need to feed like rapists and murderers.
"Taking into account the drugs they brought into Australia caused grief , theft , violence and death to many people...."
So by the statement above we should follow suit and execute Mr Jim Beam and Mr Jack Daniels for supplying alcohol to Australia? I've personally sampled quite a few illegal substances recreationally and I haven't killed, raped, stolen or even missed a day off work as a result and severely doubt I'm the only exception to the rule.

In the way of an update i have now lost 7 fish to aggression and am now down to 21. unfortunately all fish were too far gone when discovered. The aggression with the red rainbows is quite brutal, you don't see the bullying take place or the symptoms of a skinny ragged fish hiding in the corner but then the next day you come home to find a seriously injured fish.
The good news is that it's been a few weeks now and everything seems to have settled down, all fish pretty much have adult colours now the runt who is still yellow and striped. I've not seen any breeding activity but i'm patiently waiting.
I have re arranged the rock to create two piles and they have been claimed by two males with the remainder of the colony floating in-between.

Have now replaced the Eheim 2028's with another Fx6. Slate and back wall now has a nice covering of algae. Feeding them on NLS Algae Max only and seeing some great growth. Not one loss to date and the colony's aggression seems stable.

I don't have a problem with them using the roads I just have a problem when they have a dedicated lane and decide to cycle next to their mate in my lane.
Imagine if I casually drifted into the cycle lane to have a chat to the guy driving behind me, all hell would break loose!
plus what's up with the lycra covered in advertisements? Yes you need to wear lycra to reduce chafing but no you aren't competing in the tour de france nor have you been sponsored by various large conglomerates to ride from Fremantle to Cottesloe on a sunday morning.
Someone needs to explain to them that they just look ridiculous.
Honestly the only people who feel the need to dress up to get attention are cyclists and 16 yr old girls.

I used to get annoyed by MAMIL's (Middle Aged Men In Lycra) who would cycle 3-4 abreast along curtin avenue, i'd often get stuck behind them coming back from the dog beach.
Now lately, for reason's unknown my German shepherd has taken to barking at pedestrians and passing cars whilst riding in the tray of my ute. This is something I found very annoying and tried my best to discourage until i realised how i could use his evil power for good.
Now when we cruise back from walkies at the dog beach on a Sunday morning and i inevitably get stuck behind the dreaded cyclists i just crawl up nice and gently next to them to overtake and watch the front wheels start to wobble as my dog starts to bark and lunge at them. I've yet to have one completely fall off his bike but we are working on it.

Probably not the most exciting fish for auction but they have certainly made my dems pop.

Pretty excited right now as I'm picking up a 3 tier rack on Sunday.
The system comprises of three 12 foot x 1ft x 1.5ft tanks split into eight 50cm long tanks and five 100cm long tanks.
Each level runs independently it's own sump however there is also air driven sponges for added filtration.
I haven't decided for sure what I'd like to do with all 13 tanks but pondering over idea's of breeding discus, tropheus, mbuna and L numbers.
Will throw some pictures up once I get it home and set up.
