Hey Guys,

So I have managed to convince my mum to let me use 1 of the sheds for my fish and the 1 that I have chosen should be good. Only problem is that it has a roller door which is nothing compared to the huge ass sliding door on the other shed. The shed is already connected to power. I just have to move all the boxes of stuff out of the shed before I can start transforming it. I am going to neeed to put insulation in it but that shouldnt be too hard. I will post pics up of before I have started cleaning it out and fter it is cleaned out. If anyone has any advice or what not let me know so I can get this project up and going.

fair bit to clean out! lol

you should do it in the journal section.

There is a fair bit of info there (as opposed to DIY)

Hey Cam

What tanks / racks have you got to go in there?

Air you going air driven filters or running powered water pumps? Sump/recirc system or keep all tanks seperate?

Insulation def the priority before filling up the shed with gear. If you're going air driven filtration then you don't have to worry about too many power points around the shed unless you want lights on most of the tanks. Central heating ( I use rev cycle air-con) will prevent the need for in-tank heaters.

atm i have an empty 4ft and a 2 1/2 ft to go in there still need to get racks made. plus i have the 6 tanks inside to go in there as well. Im not sure what type of filtration or heating im going for yet. Is going to be a slow process I think.

is that floor just pavers? you might find they start to sink with tanks on them...
