Hi folks!

Heres some pics of a Afra Chilingali colony I got not so long ago (Thanks Az!).

Attached File  Chilingali.JPG   134.56KB   128 downloads Attached File  Chilingali2.JPG   81.92KB   108 downloads

There's one particularly (extremely!!) colourful male who keeps hiding in the rocks, so I have not been able to take pics of him.. Time to remove the rocks for some model shots, me thinks! hehe!

Cheers!
Kevin

Thanks buddy. I have 9 of them, 4 males & 5 females (not 100% sure of ratio). They're in a 3x18x18 at the moment but will move them to a larger tank in a few weeks.

Nice fish Kev. Is that what the fully coloured adults look like or do you think yours still have some growing to do?

Thanks fellas.

Daz, these are still only 6-7cm "semi-adults" so I think they will put on more colour as they mature. Also, they were only moved to the tank yesterday (from another tank), so they haven't shown their full potential.
One of the males is dancing in front of the females though..... fingers crossed! wink.gif

Thanks mate. I'm hoping they'll be successful with spawning as well. The pics DO NOT do them justice. They look amazing in person! smile.gif

My breeding racks/room are going berserk at the moment... Had my first successful batch of Red Capuz fry (with another 2 mouthfuls), more Yellow Collar mouthfuls, the Kendalli are starting to pair up, and the Leptosoma are holding (according to Az! lol). So yes, I'm very pleased with how things are going.. biggrin.gif
