Community Tank Full Of Fry

So my pair of mollies had babies, not so impressive to all you seasoned cichlid\catfish\etc breeders

but it's the first fry i've had in my tank and i'm pretty stoked. 23 of them I counted, what the hell am I going to do with them?

Does Anybody Know What This Is?

Does anyone know what this is? I'm assuming it's an insect, It's all white and has a three pronged tail. About 2-3 mm long. It began life as a tiny worm like thing and has grown into this (it's perched on a tiny snail in the photo.) When it moves it uses a wiggling motion like a miniature snake.

I know this is pretty random question but it's a pretty interesting bug.

Hey,

I'm new to fishkeeping; since Christmas

of all the sites on the internerd I found this forum informative and interesting. I thought I may contribute with some pictures of my new and first tank.

As it is a small tank I'm only going to keep a couple of fish for the first several months (until I'm confident with ammonia etc).

As well as the fish I have ten glass shrimp and two freshwater shrimp (don't know if names are correct?)
