I have 2x eheim 2217 for sale for $350. It is brand new and unused in box and comes will all media and everything associated with it. The reason why it is so cheap is that it was sent over from the US by some relatives and I forgot that we had differing voltages(US=110V, AUS=240V). Anyhow a step up transformer would cost around $50-80 and you would only need a 60W transformer or less as the appliance itself is only rated at 20W and you only need to get one more as the deal will come with 1xstep up/down transformer(100W)(brand new and unused).

To sum things up for $350 you get 2x eheim 2217 (for tanks up to 600L) filters and 1x(100W) step up/down transformer to be used with one of the filters. It is guaranteed brand new and unused as everything is still in the plastic that it came with. It does work with transformer as well as I currently am using a third filter which was also purchased. Retail at LFS for $350, so basically you get a filter for free.
Email at ericfrontosa@excite.com if interested. If anyone is genuinely interested I can deliver item as well.

Are they still for sale?

Could I buy one with the transformer? If so how much?
