I think he means; 'Clown Knife(Albino) 15cm.'
Having NEVER seen an albino I would imagine that Sim's can ask just about whatever he likes.

It does occur to me tho that if he wanted to publiclly state the prices it would've been done...e-mail or ring, would be my suggestion.
