Next tank is another Aquaone 70L but this one I have just started up as a Cherry red Shrimp tank. swapped 3 clown loaches for 20 baby shrimp so why not? lol only been running couple of days.

Next tank is just a 4ft 200L tank which is just my quarantine tank with couple sponge filters in it. nothing exciting, don't need to put a pic up just bare bottom.

That's everything :) let me know what everone things :) thank you

any questions please ask

thanks guys lol

and the co2 yes, the ph is set at exactly 6.5, so when I do a water change, which I do 50 percent weekly within minutes the co2 goes straight back to 6.5, no buffers or chemicals needed :)

when i had my discus tank..my water changes consisted of half rain water ,half tap water...ph..6.5 every time...might pay to do some sums and see if a rain water tank is cheaper than co2.

co2 will be a on going cost v rainwater tank one of cost...rainwater during winter they give it away for free.

nice looking tanks...thanks for the pics

its kind of the same but more expensive to get a rain water tank. I brought a 6kg co2 bottle for like 200 dollars, it will take roughly 18 months for it to run out and than 30 dollars to re-fill. it aint that much lol, every now and than maybe replace a diffuser which cost like 2 dollars of ebay :) co2 still easier lol

Great setups mate! Where did u get the altums from? Keen to get a few myself to grow out. How much were they? The CO2 idea sounds good.
