Hello all, Im new to the forum!

I hope someone can help me out, I have been reefing for about 3 years, started out with a 30ltr nano, then a 120ltr not so nano nano then recently up to a 4ft. Since I moved everything to the 4ft tank, these random green puff ball things have popped up around my tank. Can anyone identify them and tell me if they are baddies or goodies?

They look like a sponge to me. Mostly harmless filter feeders. I would only remove them if they start to divide and conquer the surrounding corals and rock.
