i was looking for a pair of calvus and i was worried that id get 1 calvus and one comp
whats the difference.

The Calvus grows to larger sizes and its finnage is supposedly larger and has slightly more "rays" or bones in it than the A. comps. Also, the Calvus has a longer profile from dorsal fin to mouth than the comps. Also calvus have no scales on the top of their head (calvus is latin for bald).

Only problem is i know alot more on the fish that we had in America, because i doubt you can bring them back. Can you bring back Peacock Bass? Because they were a really awesome fish to watch especially at feeding time

I guess theyd be here if we could,but im not sure.Ive heard people have Ziare blues in Aus,but i dont know if its true.

yep i have 4 large peacock bass at the moment all hitting the 10" mark, awesome fish

peacock bass are a rather expensive and hard to coem by fish here.
Thats if your reffering to C.Monucolus (excuse the spelling)
I have seen a few on display at fish stores but people rarely have an aquarium big enough to house them
