hey guys,
have this girl up for sale and someone thinks its a synodontis polli?
i got it as a petricola but before i sell it i wont to make sure what it is so i dont sell a different species.

Looks like a Synodontis Multipunctatus, the cuckoo cat. You can tell from the large eye and the shape of the dorsal fin and the white on the trailing edge of the dorsal.

yeah multipunctatus. The eye is a give away. I have the polli and the eyes are less than half that size in comparison to the head

Are the 2 fish in the pic the same colour in real life or is it just the camera angle that makes them look diff?

so the larger one you think is multipunctatus?? i know the smaller one is now but i dont know about the big one,

Daz the smaller one (multie) is lighter in colour compared to the larger one,

I think that the fish we call Synodontis polli in Perth/Australia are in fact Synodontis sp (2). Search on planet catfish.
