Where To Get Driftwood

hey guys i was just wondering where i could go to get some free driftwood/decrative wood for my aquarium i think paying $75 for a peice of wood is INSANE, im happy to go for a drive/walk in the bush to find some a point in the right direction would be great .

i was thinking a walk along the swan river would be a great way to get a piece

The swan isn't a great place for wood Michael, a lot of the timber is soft wood, plus the rangers will hammer you for "removal of flora and fauna". if they see you. The best place is someones farm, this has been discussed in previous threads
