gday. just wanted to show my tank and get some feedback. atm this is my only tank but i would love another!
its 120 long, 300litres planted low tech, no co2. filters are an aqua one nautilus 1400 canister (1400lph) and an otto internal powerhead type, unsure of lph on this, i just use this one for polishing wool and purigen. light is a single t8 fluro. temp set at 26.
stock is:
2 angelfish
1 electric blue acara
1 firemouth
1 ellioti
1 rainbow shark
3 pigmy petricola cats
6 congo tetras
1 chocolate zebra pleco
1 chinese algae eater
also in there is 1 bn pleco and 2 bolivian rams but these will be being removed very shortly. if anybody wants these for free gimme a shout. thought the rams were m/f but now i think they might be 2 males.
either the firemouth or ellitoti may also go as i've been informed they will become aggressive toward each other bcoz they are very closely related. but i will monitor this and see if aggression starts because for now they are fine together.
future plans are:
3 more petricolas
set up a smaller tank (60-90cm) based around L number plecos and maybe a school of rasboras or a few gbr's. for this i think i will just use a large sponge filter as i have a spare eheim air pump, low light and possibly even just hardscaped with driftwood.
here are some pics.

Using a power filter for purigen is a good idea. A lot easier than opening a canister filter to remove the media. Looks nice.
