Awesome, looks like you have lots of room to play with. What fish are you going to be breeding?

i have a 300w jager on each of the smaller systems and 2 of them in the breeder system, in winter i will probably use an oil or gas heater depending how cold it gets. at this point i am still winging it.

G'day Milky,

Fantastic work, I'm dreaming as Ronny said. Great fish list.......but where are the Americans. wink.gif
And that door 'upstairs' in the first pic looks like you'd need to watch your step on the way out. rolleyes.gif

thanks for sharing, keep the updates coming

cheers

haha the door upstairs is just leaning against the wall it doesnt go anywhere.. laugh.gif and i do like the americans but i never really got into them maybe one day i will. as you can probably tell mbuna are my favourite fish, after the mangrove jack of course.

ill get some pics of the shell dweller tank one day soon, its the bottom left tank on the breeder system. there are shells scattered all around with 3 peices of lava rock. when i finish the system the pairs will be getting seperated and theyll go into 2x2x20" tanks.

Great setup Milky.

How cold does it actually get over there? I thought QLD was tropical. Can you get away without heaters and rely on insulation instead?

nah it gets fairly cold in the winter. cant remember exactly how many degrees but i wouldnt trust it without the heaters.
