As has already been stated, the tank is on the small side for keeping all those fish, plus the fish are only newley introduced on Tuesday. You need patients, give them time to settle in and they should colour up normally, unless they are being harrassed by the Moorii, another tank might be the way to go.

Volume means little, it's the footprint you need particularly length. A 4x18x18 is more ideal then a 3x1.5x2. An adult Moori will grow to well over 20cm which is almost 1/3 the length of the tank.

The pair would be ok in there own 3 footer for a little while but they grow to be big fish and will need housing in a bigger tank as adults.

IMO I'd leave it and get a bigger tank fast. I don't see why it needs to be display quality strait away. I'd be thinking of your fishes best interests if I was you

What size tank did the person that you bought them keep them in?
Where they colored up in there?
You might just have two females
