Hi Guys,
Is it possible to run 2 canister filters off the one inlet and outlet which are in the base of the tank?
Both filters would be FX6's.
Thanks
Peter

Hi Guys,
I'm setting an african cichlid display tank which is 2.5ft deep.
Has anyone had any experience with either Green Element or Aqualina LED lights?
Thanks
Peter

Fx6 Or 2260
25 June 2015 - 05:06 PM
Hi Guys,
I looking at changing my FX6 to an Ehiem 2260.
At the moment there are no real issues with the FX6, just thinking of putting the 2260 on and keeping the FX6 for another tank or spare.
This is for a 6x2x2.5 malawi tank.
I run 1 filter and do water changes no more than 2 weeks apart.
Do you see any benifit in changing the FX6.
Thanks
Peter

Filtration For 420L Tank
22 June 2015 - 12:28 PM
Hi Guys,
I am looking at setting a 3x2x2.5 tank which is around 420l.
I would like to run the filtration through the base and use a canister or 2.
It will be stocked with peacocks.
What do you think is the best option?
Thanks
Peter

Stainless Steel

Hi Guys,
I was thinking about making a stainless steel frame to mount my air stones and tubing to.
Do you think this will have any negative affects on the fish or water?
Thanks
