I have found a wholesale supplier of a fine "flywire". The mesh size is much smaller than mosquito mesh and will contain the smallest of fry. Great for tank dividers using coated aluminium widow screen material.

I have also been using it for years for floating fry tanks. I have been buying retail at enormous cost from an interstate glazier (it is hard to find) but I have come across a wholesale source so I want to know what interest there is in it so that I can consider a roll for sharing.

Retail is around $34 - $38 per metre by 1200 wide plus postage. Not cheap and not readily available. I estimate cost of a 30 metre roll to be about $592 including GST and freight, so that makes it near enough to $20 per metre. I can post it at an estimated $2 for up to three metres in an A4 envelope, $3 for up to 5 metres.

I will buy what I want retail if there is not enough interest but I would be happy to get a whole roll to share as it is fantastic for fry holding tanks as well.

Let me know what quantity you would want on these conditions. Minimum one metre please.

I have posted this all Melbourne sites and will post on Adelaide as well because the price differential between retail and wholesale is, understandably, pretty steep.
