Try the Re Store in Leederville......if they don't sell it, you don't want it!  Plenty of top shelf Rums ;)

 

Its where I get all my Rum and craft beers from.

Tuart Hill Liquor Store has a pretty good collection of wines and spirits!

lots of liquor shops in Perth have rum on the top shelf :P

I don't drink beer of any description but a Canadian friend of mine drinks it back home and wants bud light

There is a bottle shop, corner wright st and orrong road, I think its a cellebrations which might sell it.  They sell kokanee so bud light wouldn't be to hard to find for them.

I know this isn't Rum, but I've been trying a few different drinks since finishing off my last bottle of rum

One of my brothers put me on to Tasmanian Whiskey.Tried this Whisky from Tassie called Sullivans Cove. See link here:

Yep have tried two different ones, both are very nice. Speyside style whisky.
