Lucky you Andrea. Thats great news. How are they growing? Mine are growing pretty fast, a couple are obvious males with some colour already!
Only bad news is that I found a dragonfly nymph in the tank which may have polished of a couple on me. Due to the peat I didnt see it until today. My fault as I use water from the pond to do water changes, so must have gotten in that way.

Yeah I've found damselfly nymphs in my tanks before....intro from the pond too. They are staggered sizes because they were different batches (still very small though). I have them in a floatie atm (in a l/f b/n tank). I will release them once I think I will be able to see them properly 8)

i had a search in the few stores that were listed that had them and they out of have none or just a single...

Sorry about the quality, but they are so hard to photograph.
This is my male killi that I have grown up from the original ones that died earlier this year. They are now breeding themselfs and I am hoping the eggs hatch

Andrea, they are still small compared to the adults I had but still growing. I feed them a mix of Sera Flora, NLS, Fronzen BS and some water insects from the pond.

Some good news!

After countless eggs laid with no hatching my Australe eggs are now starting to hatch.
Thanks to Dave's idea of hatching them in RO water, I am also using a dark icecream container.
The number of eggs has dropped off in the warmer weather but at least I will have a few now.

A little bad news, The Killi hatchlings died, possibly left to long in the RO water or lack of food! Lesson learned, to move them into a holding tank with regular water as soon as they start developing!! :?

I have currently managed to obtain some Nothobranchius Palmqvisti 2 males 4 females and some Rachovii eggs. Took over six months of searching but it eventually paid off. Now all I have to do is keep them going!

Good news!

After a bit of a break trying to hatch the eggs, I tried again and had a small bit of success. I have hatched 3 more small Australe babies
