Hi guys
What I am after is some infomation on building a filter.
It will be for an inside system running 24/7 all year.
It is to be the same sort of set up as a koi filter box but I want to do it with eheim media. (reverse ehiem cannaster)
My main problem is finding something to use as the filter tub. Went to bunnings yesterday and saw some tubs but they where Recycled PVC and had a note/sticker on them that they where not for food use. Now my thinking is that would be bad for fish aswell.
Any one know where i can get something that will work. Dont want to use a Glass Tank.
Got the pump sorted which is an eheim pond pump the biggest and badest.
heres a link http://www.aquaria.c...roducts_id/7209
The reason is that for what I wanted to do I dont have the $3000 to spend on the three eheim pro3s so I need to come up with a different system.
The system will need to filter 1080 litres.
Can anyone help my please?

Buy a hozelock bio-force. SOrta a big cannister without a pump.
Cheap as chips if you go the model without the UVC (clumps algae together) and you already have a good pump.
