Hey guys I recently bought (impulse buy)10 unsexed ventralis Chituta around the 5 cm mark and out them in my 7x2x2 tang tank now just wondering if they well be ok with my Burundi frontosa ,black calvus and Julie. Regani or will I need to move them into another tank

I think they'll been fine. Perfect specimen for a Tang community tank IMO. It's usually the ventralis males that target each other rather than other species. Lovely fish to keep, nice choice!

Thanks guys yes since they were juvies I didn't know the sexes but I'm now pretty sure there are at least 3 and seem to chase each other as they get bigger may have to move the excess males on

Looking good. A 1 male 3 female ratio is good from my experience, so 2 male 6 female when scaled up and so on. Ventralis take a while to reach a nice colour but its worth it in the end.

Ye I have a colony of 13 but I lost a female this morning got stuck in my sump :/ so I have 4 males 8 females I think
