Hey Den,
Do you get many Cuckoo fry?
Do you sell them? & how much?

Andrew,
Where do you buy 8x2x2's from that cheap?????
When I come over I would love to uy a setup like that.
I live in Tassie, My last tank 4x2x18 in cab cost over $1100.......
I know tanks are very exy here.. But are 8x2x2's really that cheap in WA?
If so, I cant wait.....Garage is going to be full
Also:
A little off topic:
Whats the go in WA with renting houses and tanks?
In Tassie, the landlords sometimes say no to big tanks. Small 1ft & 2ft' are ok but they tend not to like anything above that.

they say "no pets" you ask "what about fish?" and they say, "oh, i guess fish are ok, just no cats or dogs"
and Andrews quoted prices seem cheap to us too
though i think you could probably get a new 8'x2'x2' on a metal stand for $800 - $900 without accessories fairly easily (note i'm not really all that informed on this subject)

As far as Andrews tank is concerned he should remove or edit that post as he got a mates rates deal of some shop so it is misleading, you will have to ring around for a tank price, but I think you are better off waiting until you are ready to buy and know what you want, then cash bargain - as you don't even know what size tank your house can accommodate yet.

Yes its almost ready after many months of messing around and hard work, most of the problems were caused by a badly designed universal rock "so called" aquarium background and a faulty tank supplied by an aquarium shop that sponsors this site so I can't mention their name on this thread.
Will send you a link Andrew to another site with all the details.
