Looks great! I like your choice of mixed media, I am hoping to do something similar in my tank when i set it up again. Did you use anything to divide the sand from the gravel ie: plastic edging? I've read it helps them mixing together over time, especially if you have fish that like to play around in the sand/gravel.

For plants i was going to look at Darrens selection at http://aquaticplantsdirect.webs.com/ - Had a chat with him a couple years back before my tank disaster and was going to get all of mine from him - He mentioned recently he had some rare ones at the moment. I havent actually purcahsed anything from him as of yet, but he seems to be very knoweldgeable and have quite the wide selection to the eyes of a beginer like myself.

As for the over-stocking, I'd have no idea! Im sure someone else on the forum here would be able to comment for you smile.gif How long have you had the glass catfish for? I had a school of about 9 when i first got into freshwater tropicals, but they were sooo fragile and dropped dead at the sight of any of the more boisterous fish.
