Damn that's huge.
It must weigh 200kg+
The hardest part will be getting it onto the stand without out crushing your fingers.

even though its only 6inches wider, it makes my tank look like a goldfish bowl. well done shane, a cool tank comming up here:) ps go bunnings:)

thats why i made my step dad drive it 60 km back home and i whent and had lunch then met him later :wink: hes a fussy bugger and he was happy with the load

$4300 and counting including fish and its only 75% complet but i should only be spend another 500 mabe 800 on fish every thing for the tank should brought already

even if you could if i was you i would of said no lols well its still on the floor in getting the back ground done in 30 mins or so and next weekend i will be lifting it up on the stand and start the plumbing tongue.gif

i had the back ground installed tonight its limmo tint for a few reasons

1 because the tank is near a large window it will keep the heat out and some uv, im hopping the tank will stay at a even temp


2 not have a algee problem like i did with a 6x2x2 near a sliding door and a large window but i used a uv to help with that and i will be using a 72 watt uv on this tank so to keep maintance down

3 it looks cool :wink:

4 its cheaper then a fake roll on back ground

5 the dark colour shouldnt take any colour away from the fish im hoping it will inhance the colour and make the expencie buggers stand out
