hi everytime i try and send or reply to a pm it says error we cant find a user with that name and ive tried it with 2 different users exactly the same problem both times, its so frustrating some one please help?

Test completed, it was working, I received both test messages sent from your account to mine, and the second PM I also ticked to save into your sent folder, which it did fine.
I believe it could be a cookie problem, maybe your browser is set to not accept cookies so it doesn't remember who to send the message to?
Also make sure the spelling of the username of the recipient is correct. it doesn't matter if it's uppercase or lowercase.
Try sending a PM to me by pressing the red PM button in this post.
