Becoming more available in the hobby, I try to keep a good amount at the shop (Midland Pet & Aquarium 9274 4737) at all times.
They are more brightly colored than the Harlequin Rasbora, and seem to shimmer real bright red in the right light.
I have found they do not like Nitrate, and it needs to be kept in check, around the 10 - 20ppm.
pH - 5.5 - 7.2
GH - 50 - 100ppm
Temp - 24 - 28c
A stunning addition to a community aquarium and should not be overlooked.
