Hi

I currently have about 15 fish in my community tank + 6 corycats + 1 pleco

Food gets eaten before it reaches the bottom and when i leave a algae wafer other fish and the pleco will try and eat it and the corys hardly get any

I've tried crushing up flakes and throwing them in when i turn the lights off, but i cant determine if its being eaten by the corys or not

Is there any tricks or ways to properly feed the corys?

Cheers fellas

Feed at night or hide food in caves that other fish are unlikely to go in.

What i do is distract all my cichlids up one end of the tank with flakes and then have the lid open down the other end and drop sinking pellets down there and some fall into the rocks that the cichlids cant get into.

it is a bit a juggling act to be able to feed all your different types of fish in one tank at once....just have to out smart those fish that are greedy.

net your cichlids then feed cories and denet the cichlids in half an hour...

bury the food so cories can dig it up when they want ?.... never kept both of these together so i dont really know
