Can't remember off the top of my head the numbers but everything is routine between 30-50% water change once a week and the other fish in there are all fine (monos scat tandanus butis butis)

I don't think I can help with this one, it sounds like he may have been injured. There have been a few cases where senegals get very lethargic and then die, it usually starts with a slight pink tinge to the fins which gradually gets worse, has there been any change in his colour?
I don't know of a cure.
