Hi everyone

I scored myself a big gold spot Pleco and a albino gibby, and l was just wondering if l was to sell them what price they would normally sell for? The gold spot is a touch over 30cms and albino gibby is just on 20cms?

Unsure if l was to sell one of them yet tho ;)

Thanks in advance
Ant

Hey mate totally depends on what someone is willing to pay.. As a rough idea for you here is what I've paid previously
Sizes approximate:
32cm sailfin - $100
18cm albino - $60
15cm albino - $50
2x 20cm gold spots - $150 for both
25cm gold spot - $100

From what I've noticed they get cheaper as they get bigger.. don't understand exactly how that works but I don't complain as I prefer big ones lol think its more got to do with the demand not being as great for larger ones though as my sailfin got to almost 2 foot long when it was vertical on front glass it's head would be at surface and tail touching sand on bottom was a great fish to watch swim especially under moon lighting :) but I'd say my 6x2x2 would be minimum size tank for it

if you have scored them then anything you get from selling them is a bonus :)

most people want them in the 10-15cm size and as they get real big not everybody wants to house one that size and clean up its massive waste it makes.... :)
