[Skuts]

Hi all,

Does anyone know what this might be?
I'm guessing some sort of inflamed nose or similar, do fish have nostrils?

Water changes done weekly. Tank well filtered, no other fish has the issue, been there for a couple of months now but seem to be getting bigger.
