Can anyone tell me which one is least aggressive. I have been told rainbow sharks are better in pairs. Someone else said they are the same. Someone else said they're not. I'm do confused and even Mr Google makes it worse. Are these just misunderstood sharks that if cared for correctly thrive?

It's recommended to keep just one and not to keep them with placid fish. I keep one with rift lake cichlids and they keep him in check, they tend to harass fishes that don't stick up for themselves.
