Gday all

We're are running a sausage sizzle at Aquotix in Canningvale on Sunday 28th of November.

To allow this to happen we're calling on club and forum members to volunteer some of their time. Due to prior engagements only 2 or 3 committee members can make it on the day.

The sausage sizzle will run for approx. 4hrs, possibly across 2 shifts.
At this stage we plan to have it from 11am-3pm.

Reply to this thread or PM a committee member your interest.

Cheers,
Daz

Great response so far guys ThanxSmiley.gif
We need at least 6 people to run this, Daz and myself are confirmed to be there and possibly one other committee member.
One person running the BBQ, one person serving, one person for enquiries, signups etc. The plan is to have at least two shifts so people can have a break. If we get more people we can make the shifts shorter and everyone can have more time socialising!

So far we have confirmed:
Daz 10.30 - noon
Tim 10.15 - 3pm
Lawdog 10.15 - 3pm
Alize
Global
Bowdy88
Scotty
Kimbo (1-3pm tentative)
Dr_Pat

Please give us plenty of notice if you cannot make it and mark the date on your calendar so you don't forget smile.gif

The event is a promotional event so we want to show people what we're all about, talk about fish and have a good time! Drop by for a chat, meet everyone face to face. See you there!

Don't want to sound cocky but I look great in a mini skirt ;-) Seriously though, I'd be keen to chip in a bit of time... Just have to see whether I'm working or not (got to wait to see if I've got the job I'm after). When would you guys like confirmation?

I think it would be good if we can have an idea of helper numbers at least a week beforehand. Then if people can re-confirm the day before, we can work on a roster if necessary for those who can't be there the whole time.
