i have 2 Talapia Buttikoferi and in my opinion there worse than any jag or dovii i ever owned, they constantly grind there teeth on the glass to there reflection and turn wood into saw dust. i havent kept a P bass yet but from what ive seen of them in shops they seem more relaxed than my buttis. could just be the indervidual fish tho as my buttis are crazy

wow sounds awsome just looked them up and even though I've seen them before didnt realise what they were like. You say they grind their teeth do they actually have visibile incisors?

you can see them on mine, altho one has them more than the other, there lips are real sort and as soon as they brush on something they pull back. mine are in the lounge and it gets annoying hearing the constant grind of there teeth on the glass. well i dont mind it but i do have to agree with the mrs haha
