If so how were you planning on supporting it, just searching for ideas as I have similar plans and my stand will need extra 'flooring' to support the 3 foot evenly.

Yer the 3 foot is going underneath
both top and bottom wil have 12mm board of some sort to share the load
Not going to spray it now getting it powdercoated

Gas preasure is always the same (mostley) Gas is pure argon .for tig
Settings ie amps vary with the type of joint
ie fillet, butt,lap
and the position you are welding in ie vertical up, flat (DOWNHAND),horizantal vertical, overhead and vertical down
And not forgeting all position welding IE pipe

Mine is 50x50x3 you can lift it with one hand (ally)
