Vallis, vallis, vallis

$20 per big bag... as seen at PCS auctions.  Vallisneria americana.  About 8-10 big pieces fit in a big bag.  Just what you need for your pond, or cichlid tank (great for fry to hide amongst).  Grow a couple of inches a week with minimal care.

Pick up only (can maybe meet in CBD near Perth underground station before work or at lunch) ...

Please let me know a day or two before you want your order so I have time to prune/re-aquascape!

Looking to aquascape your African cichlid tank?

For sale ... lots of decorative pieces of local limestone rock with quite a bit of colour variation and a range of shapes and sizes, small / medium / large

$5  $3.00 / kg (negotiable)

Natural, pre-soaked limestone helps keep water conditions ideal for your Africans.

Building a reef of limestone provides a range of hidey-holes for your cichlids and their fry, making your tank more attractive and a more viable community as well as potentially reducing your spend on chemicals to buffer the water.

Limestone also aids biofiltration as it provides a porous surface for beneficial bacteria (hint: try crushed limestone or crushed coral as a media in your canister filter)

Limestone used in filters ... apparently helps take fluoride out of the water...

... as well as copper and heavy metals...

Please see pics below, showing the sort of limestone rocks I have available and how they might look in your tank.

Pick up only (from Stirling) after work or on weekends.

Please PM me to arrange to inspect / collect.

As they're out of my tanks/ponds I can honestly claim it's personal use only. :Rofl_3f:

Plus quite a bit of limestone left!
