Yeah hey mate i kind of noticed that. i feed them on NLS Lg. fish formula, Tetracolor tropical granules once a day.
And once a week i give them a feed of frozen blood worms. Is this not enough?
Cheers

Their diet sounds fine. It is hard to say what is enough, what I might feed in one sitting may be substantially more or less than what you feed. By the looks of your fish they look like they need a bit more feeding. Feed them until they are plumpish, not to the point where they are sitting on the bottom gasping for air.
** More lions cove mouthfuls. Can't stop these guys, worse than convicts.

Very exciting but I have been told it's very hard to grow the fry.
Any advice would be great. Is it better to tumble the eggs or leave the male at his job.
Cheers.

Anyhow I have 3 holding females of wild caught Cyathopharynx Furcifer Mbita, I already have about 20 fry from previous spawnings.
Other spawnings I have frequently are from my Benthochromis tricoti, BUT unfortunatly they don't hold the eggs for more than 1-2 hours. (Not sure if you are able to show Youtube stuff on here so if not could someone please let me know)
Here is a very early video clip of them spawning.

Catch as soon as they hatch, i syphened them out into a tub haha easiest way, put them in the fry saver and force feed a mixture of foods daily. I had atleast a courgette and an algea wafer crushed in the saver everyday and renewed them every day.
