Sump Overflow And Return Size

Just ordered my new tank today from aquotix. the tank is 6x2x2.5 with cabinet.
I am planning on adding a sump later so have asked for it to be built with 2 overflows and one return. at the moment I am getting these at 32mm each. the return will have a vortex nozzle on it. Just wondering if anyone has an opinion on these sizes.
Also interested in peoples ideas on sumps, should I buy a pre fab one or should I build it myself, return pump size, sump size and design, refugium etc

Wtb 6X2X2.5 Marine

Looking to buy a new marine aquarium and cabinet. Looking for something around 6x2x2.5 or taller or taller cabinet. Would like to be able to look at it standing up. Thinking of open top tank and maybe with sump. Any suggestions of shops that would have something like this. I am in mandurah so not familiar with all of perths aquarium shops
