I believe you need a license to sell frogs, but I'm not sure.

Your first step would be to contact Department of Environment and Conservation. Website: http://www.dec.wa.gov.au/
They will advise you who to contact to clarify.

Secondly, I believe selling non-fish related items are not permitted in PCS Classifieds, only in "Off the wall". However, selling in Off The Wall is restricted to financial members only.

" Please see below :-

Section 6 and 6a - Taken from PCS T & C.

6. The Classifieds are to be used for the advertisement of fish and fish related items only. If you have something which is not fish related for sale please use "Off the Wall" - Financial Members of the PCS only

6a. Financial Members of the PCS may advertise goods for sale and/or their own business on a one-off basis, ie, no repeated postings of the same item or business. Offending posts will be deleted without notice.

This has been part of the T & C since the introduction of the "Financial Members" section

Thank you"

Cheers!
Kevin

At the moment in WA you can legally keep 3 species of frog - Litoria moorei, Litoria caerulea and Litoria splendida. You need a licence to keep these. If they breed and you raise the offspring you need to get another licence to move them from whatever you are keeping them in, whether you are selling them, giving back to a retailer or giving them away to someone else.

You can't legally keep or sell any frogs that make their way into your backyard, be it the three species listed above or any other species. However, you can provide habitat for them in your garden and if they decide to take up residence there, that's up to them.

no repeated postings of the same item or business.

does this mean that you can repeat advertising to sell other things as long as you not repeating the same item or businesses?

cheers

No - no "repeat" advertising at all otherwise Off The Wall would turn into another Classifieds. Each and every item can only be advertised once.

Financial Members can advertise for example a car, but only once. They could then advertise a TV, but only once.
