I am in the process of setting up a above ground pond and was wondering if anybody knows which is the best lighting to get the best visability of the fish in  the pond. I am stocking it with koi and was after so answers on weather you get more visability on under water lights or spot lights shining down into the water?

On another note does anybody have any good quality koi for sale at a reasonable price?

underwater will be much better for seeing the fish themselves as a flood light or spot light will bounce half the light off the water surface!
