Freeze Dried Black Worms & Discus Flakes

Hi guys

So I've found a good source for freeze dried black worms (thanks for everyone's suggestions).

also need some suggestions in discus flakes?

Sera discus granules have been great for me. Use them for all my south Americans.

just got some FDBW from living reef and my discus go nuts for them !!! as for flake they all love sera flora , don't know how much protein they provide as the are veggie base but they love it . even new additions have taken to them in under  a week

sera flora is fine as long as you supplement with a high protein source.
