Nice three step punch that works for most malware infections;
CCleaner (run this first, wipes cookies etc and helps reduce scan time for following utilities)
Combofix (small utility that can usually be located @ BleepingComputer)
Malwarebytes (make sure you keep updating it till it says no updates found before scanning, sometimes does incremental updates on a fresh install)

 

"Hijack this" is another handy utility but I don't recommend using it if you don't know what you're doing with, it's not an automated process like the programs mentioned above
